Calling Vertu Concierge
Your Vertu phone has a dedicated [Concierge] key (page 18) on its right
side. By pressing this key from the Home screen, you can quickly call Vertu
Concierge. If you are unable to reach Concierge, please contact Vertu
Customer Service (see the next section).
1. From the Home screen, press the [Concierge] key on the right side of
your Vertu phone to see the Concierge menu
You can also select Menu » VERTU Club » Concierge from the Home

screen to launch the same Concierge menu screen.
2. Select Call (the [Joystick] key (Centre) / page 17), or press the [Send]
key (page 18) to call Concierge
You can also select E-mail (left [Selection] key) in Step 2 to send a
message request to Concierge. For more information on this feature, refer
to "Sending a message (E-mail) request to Concierge" (page 39).
Note: To use the Concierge service, you must be a member of VERTU
Club. We recommend you to ring Concierge for any urgent request, not
relying solely on E-mail, as there might be a possible delay in message
delivery due to some network problems.

Calling Vertu Customer Service
To call Vertu Customer Service, you can select either of the ways: to press
the [Joystick] key (Right) to select Customer service from the Go to
shortcut list (page 30), or to select Menu » VERTU Club » Customer
Service.
1. From the Home screen, select either of the following

not been changed).

Select Menu » VERTU Club » Customer Service.

2. Select Yes when a confirmation message appears.
3. Follow a procedure as requested by the automated guidance
For example, if you hear such guidance as "If you need English service,

please press 2", then press the [ 2 ] key to select the English service.
You can also contact Vertu Customer Service by dialling the following
number directly.
Vertu Customer Service:
03-6738-3955 (or +81-3-6738-3955 from countries outside Japan)
Operation hours: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Mon - Sun, including holidays)
Note: You must have network coverage to call both Concierge and
Vertu Customer Service.
