New
Std Subtree. An abbreviation for Fail COunt.
New Query only. Returns the number of limit test
failures at the lower limit.
New Query only. Returns the number of limit test
failures at the upper limit.
New Query only. Returns the total number of
measurements that failed the limit test.
Std Subtree.
Std Sets lower limit used in limit testing.
Std Sets the limit test enable. Note that this setting
must be enabled for any of the other :CALC2
settings can be used.
Std Subtree.
Std Sets upper limit used in limit testing.
New Subtree. An abbreviation for Pass COunt.
New Query only. Returns the total number of
measurements that passed the limit test.
Std Subsystem. Performs post-acquisition statistics
computation and data transfer.
