Attach Ferrite Core When Using Optional Earphones
FCC regulations requires that a f'_'rrite core be used wifl_ optional earphones.
When using an earphone with the camcorder, attach the larger fl, rrite core as
d_scrib_d &_low.
1. Place the larger fl, rrite core approximately
2 (Scm) from the plug of' the earphones.
2. Hold tile f('rrite core and earphone cable in
your left hand.
3. Wind the cable around the fl, rrite core once
starting at tl_e bottom.

4. Close the fl,rrite core as shozz_l.
5. Connect the earphone cable to the
PHONES iack.
