Front panel Confi guration port
The front panel Confi guration port is hard confi gured as RS-232 only. The port
can operate at the 9600, 19200, 38400, or 115200 baud rate, but Extron recommends
leaving this port at 9600 baud only.
N The front panel Confi guration port can be confi gured using SIS commands only.
See the Set serial port parameters command on page 4-21 to confi gure the port
using an SIS command.
The optional 9-pin D to 2.5 mm stereo mini TRS RS-232 cable, part #70-335-01
(fi gure 4-2) can be used for connection to the Confi guration port.
