Transporting the Printer

For long distances

If you need to move your printer a long distance, the printer
should be repacked using the original box, packing materials and
protective materials. Contact your dealer for assistance.

For short distances

When you need to move the printer a short distance, note the
following points.
When you move the printer only
1. First turn off the printer and remove the following parts.
Power cord
Interface cable
Paper in the MP tray and the paper cassette
MP tray
Face-up tray
Maintenance and Transportation
