Printing reports
Following reports are available:
1.Help List
2.Quick-Dial
3.Fax Journal
4.Transmission
5.User Settings
6.Network Config
(MFC-620CN only)
Prints the Help List so you can see at-a-glance
how to quickly program your machine.
Lists names and numbers stored in the
One-Touch (FAX-2440C only) and Speed-Dial
memory, in numerical order.
Lists information about the last incoming and
outgoing faxes.
(TX means Transmit.) (RX means Receive.)
Prints a Transmission Verification Report for your
last transmission.
Lists your settings.
Lists your Network settings.
How to print a report
For FAX-2440C, press Menu/Set, 4.
For MFC-620CN, press Menu/Set, 6.
Press • or • to select the report you want.
Press Menu/Set.
--OR--
Enter the number of the report you want to print.
For example, press 1 to print the Help List.
Press Black Start.
