Caution Risk of Injury !
Turn the main switch off.
Set the bobbin case holding wire only with the main switch turned off.
–
Loosen clamping screw 3 slightly.
–
Set the holding wire 1.
The holding wire 1 must extend 13 mm out of plate 5.
–
Tighten clamping screw 3.
–
Loosen screw 6 (see photo pg. 53).
–
Set the height the plate 5.
The holding wire 1 must lay on in front of the edge 2 of the top of
the bobbin case 9.
ATTENTION !
During the hook turning movement the back of the hook 10 should not
strike under the holding wire 1.
Set the height of plate 5 accordingly.
–
Tighten screw 6.
–
Loosen screw 4.
–
Slide plate 5.
The clearance between the securing nose 7 and the edge of the
needle plate recess must be 0.6 to 1 mm.
–
Tighten screw 4.
