1.6.9 Printer Protection for Heavy-Duty Printing

This printer has "printhead protection" to safeguard the printhead from overheating or from voltage dropping
to the head driver.
If head temperature exceeds upper limit value, then printing is automatically stopped until head temperature
has dropped to a certain value to resume printing.
If heavy-duty printing causes the voltage supplied to the head drive circuit to drop to the lower limit, then print-
ing is interrupted immediately, and thereafter, if power supply voltage is recovered to a certain value, then the
remaining print line will be printed. This protection will occur when half or more of the wires are activated
simultaneously and continuously.
