Installing the SMS MIF Generator (SMSWIN.EXE) - HP TopTools and Microsoft SMS Integration
To run TopTools from SMS:
1 Start the SMS Console (SMS Administrator).
2 Bring up the SMS Site view, and highlight an icon in the right side of
the window.
3 Double-click an HP PC to bring up the "Personal Computer
Properties" for that PC. This opens a separate window.
4 With that window in the foreground, go to the "Tools" menu in SMS.
There is now a "TopTools 2.5" menu item (as shown in the following
example diagram). Select it to run TopTools on the PC shown in the
"Machine Properties" window.
