Adjusting the Labeling Position Sensor

This sensor checks if the main cylinder reaches the application position. If the pad is in the position to apply the
label (lower end position) the integrated LED is switched on.
The labeling pressure for stamping the label onto the product can be altered by moving the labeling position sensor.

1 Screw
2 Sensor
1. Switch off the compressed air.
2. Loosen the screw (1).
3. Move the sensor (2).
Moving the sensor (2) upwards will reduce the labeling pressure.
4. Tighten the screw (1).
5. Switch on the compressed air.
