Replacing the PCB
1.
Remove the cover.
2.
Dismount the CPU PCB as described in section 4.9.
3.
Pull out all plugs from the applicator control PCB (3).
4.
Remove the three screws (1) fixing the PCB (3).
5.
Remove the PCB and replace it.
6.
Reassemble in reverse order.
Firmware Update
1.
Dismantle the applicator control PCB.
2.
Pull off the controller (2) with a PLCC extractor (4) and press in the controller containing the new firmware.
3.
Reassemble in reverse order.
