Please note that in order to send status mes-
sages and make mobile group calls, you
need to switch the setting each time to cor-
respond the desired function.

If the emergency button is primarily used
for SOS calls/messages, you can determine
the way the SOS call/message will be start-
ed:
•by pressing and holding down the emer-
gency button for a few seconds once or
•by pressing the button quickly twice (in 5

This menu includes a list of emergency
numbers. The list is used when sending
emergency (SOS) messages or making
(SOS) calls by pressing the BeneGuard-but-
ton (
The numbers are in priority order, starting
from the top of the list. These numbers
work as "a chain": If the first number is un-
reachable (after two attempts), the phone
calls or sends the short message to the sec-
ond number. If it is not answered either,
