IMPROVED ENLARGED IMAGE QUALITY (Copy)
The bizhub C360/C280/C220 process images by using a combination of accurate
area detection and a variety of image processing methods that match the image
characteristics of the original. These technologies eliminate unnecessary dots that
are not part of the characters in order to ensure reproduction of uniform dots and
accurate characters. Enlarged image processing uses high-precision bi-cubic
interpolation.
ENHANCED TEXT QUALITY IN MULTI-GENERATION COPIES (Copy Mode)
The text quality of second and third generation copies has been improved
by enhancing the area detection performance and by reviewing the sharpness
of the edges and black substitution. This process prevents text from appearing
blurred or breaking. This is an industry-leading feature for devices using
error diffusion.
