LISTS
Several lists are available to users to review settings, addresses, groups
and programs that have been registered on the device.
List Name Explanation
Speed Dial List The registration details of the Address Book are printed. This includes the registration
(Address Book number (Speed Dial 001) name and phone number of the fax destination, the index in which
Destination List) the address is stored, the line setting (if designated) and the access level allowed (if an access
level has been designated).
Group Address List The registration details of a Group are printed. This includes the group number, the group
name, the address book registration numbers stored in the group, the number of address
book destinations registered in the group and the access level allowed (if an access level
has been designated).
Program List The registration details of a Program Key are printed. This includes program destination
number, the program name, the address book registration number(s) stored in the program
and the settings registered (density, fi le type resolution, fi le type, binding frame erase, erase
width, communication time, password communication, F-Code, V.34 (On/Off), ECM (On/Off),
Overseas TX (On/Off), Line Settings, Check Address, etc.)
