To replace the drive cage after installing a device in it, perform the following steps:
1.
With the slots on the side of the drive cage extending slightly beyond the front of
the chassis, lower the drive cage into the chassis. Slide the drive cage toward the
back of the chassis so that the tabs on the chassis fully insert into the slots on
the drive cage.
The drive cage and chassis contain matching scribe marks that should line up
when the drive cage is correctly installed.
2.
Replace the screw that secures the drive cage to the chassis.
3.
Reconnect any cables you disconnected earlier.
