1. Run the Configuration/Setup Utility program and
load the default settings (see "Configuration/Setup
Utility menu choices" on page 15).
2. Reseat the following components:
a. CD or DVD drive cable
b. CD or DVD drive
c. I/O board
3. Replace the components listed in step 2 one at a
time, in the order shown, restarting the server
each time.
