This step only applies for an offline upgrade. Power on the storage system:
a.
Power on the circuit breakers on both EVA rack power distribution units. Verify that all disk
enclosures are operating properly. The status indicator and the power indicator should be
on (green).
b.
Power on each controller (EVA6400/8400) or the controller enclosure (EVA4400).
c.
Allow the array to start up completely.
d.
Start HP Command View EVA and verify connection to the storage system. If the storage
system is not visible, click EVA Storage Network in the Navigation pane, and then click
Discover in the Content pane to allow HP Command View EVA to discover the array.
Verify the status of each host before enabling access.
12.
On the Initialized Storage System Properties window, verify the version of the storage system
software in the Version box. It should be 09522000.

Verifying and resetting the I/O module
After the controller software upgrade completes (which includes upgrading I/O module firmware),
HP recommends that you verify the I/O module firmware upgrade was successful. To complete the
