Remove the chain case.
Remove the two spacers.
Remove the bearing by using the special tools.
Bearing remover (17 mm) : 09923-73210
Rotor remover sliding shaft : 09930-30102
INSPECTION
SWINGARM
Inspect the swingarm for damage.
If any defects are found, replace the swingarm with a
new one.
CHAIN BUFFER
Inspect the chain buffer for wear and damage. If any
defects are found, replace the chain buffer with a new
one.
SWINGARM PIVOT SHAFT
Measure the pivot shaft runout using the dial gauge.
If the pivot shaft exceeds the service limit, replace it
with a new one.
