Editing a task in Software Management Solution

In the right pane, click Add.

In the Create new task dialog box, complete the options to define the task.
The type of task that you selected determines the options that appear, as
follows:
Package Delivery

(Optional) In the Create new task dialog box, click Advanced to change the
default settings that control how this task runs.
You cannot change the default settings in a Software Virtualization task.

In the Create new task dialog box, click OK.
You can edit any type of Software Management Solution task.

To edit a task

In the Symantec Management Console, on the Manage menu, click Jobs and
Tasks.

In the left pane, under Jobs and Tasks, expand Software and select the type
of task to edit.

In the right pane, double-click a task.
The type of task that you selected determines the page that appears.
