31.2 Exporting a Report

You can export report data to three formats: Excel, CSV, and PDF.
1 Run the report. For instructions, see
2 Export the report to by clicking one of the three options (Excel, CSV, or PDF) at the bottom of
the report.
If the report includes more items than are listed in the current display (for example, 1 to 100 of
226 products), three additional options are added: Excel (All), CSV (All), and PDF (All). The
Excel, CSV, and PDF options export only the items in the current display. The Excel (All), CSV
(All), and PDF (All) options export all items.

31.3 Viewing a Report as a Graph

Many reports can be viewed as a graph. If this feature is available, Graph appears at the bottom of
the report.
A report is generated as three different graphs: bar graph, pie chart, and line graph. You can save the
graphs as a PDF file.
Graphs work best for small data sets; if you include many values, the graphs might become hard to
read. Use the filter and grouping criteria to limit the amount of data shown.

31.4 Changing the Report Period

For greater flexibility, you can change the time period of some reports. If this feature is available,
Change Time Period (or Change Time Period/Filter) appears at the bottom of the report.
You can select from the following time periods:
Previous Month
Previous 3 Months
Previous 6 Months
Previous 12 Months
All History in Database
To change the time period:
1 Run the report. For instructions, see
2 Click Change Time Period.
3 Select an interval in the New Time Period field.
4 Click Apply.
The report runs again and the new time period is shown at the top left of the report.
