Include Subfolders: Select this option to search the current folder and its subfolders.
4 Click Search to apply the search criteria and filter the list.

23.3 Creating a Contracts Folder

You can create folders in the Contracts list to better organize your contracts. All folders are
displayed at the top of the list.
1 In ZENworks Control Center, click Asset Management > Contract Management > Contracts to
display the Contracts page.
2 Click New > Folder to display the New Folder dialog box.
3 Fill in the following fields:
Name: Specify a name for the folder. The name must be unique among all other folders and
contracts at the same level.
Folder: Browse for and select the folder in which to place the new folder.
Description: Specify any optional information to identify the folder.
4 Click OK to create the folder.

23.4 Copying an Existing Contract

You can copy an existing contract to create a new contract. When you do so, the copy retains the
general information, vendor information, lease information, and documents. All date information is
removed.
1 In ZENworks Control Center, click Asset Management > Contract Management > Contracts to
display the Contracts page.
2 In the Contracts panel, select the check box next to the contract you want to copy, then click
Copy to display the Copy Contract dialog box.
