Help Page (Bridge Mode)

This page provides users with answers to some of the most common Bridge Mode issues and their
respective solutions. This page can be accessed by pressing the Help tab from the Configuration
Utility.

Troubleshooting

If you experience difficulty in transferring data, you may try the following steps:
1. Ensure that the access point and all wireless control panels and/or computers are using the
same SSID.
2. Ensure that the encryption settings are the same for all wireless control panels and/or
computers.
3. Re-position the NXA-WAP200G.
If you have a consistent problem with many or all wireless devices on your network, you should
consider using a different wireless channel for your network operations.
If you are not able to communicate with your WAP, the computer and the WAP are not on the same
local area network. The following section provides you with instructions on how to change the IP
Address for your computer:
