4.2 Definition of Workpiece Blank

G20 defines the contour of a cylinder/hollow cylinder.

Cylinder/hollow cylinder diameter

Diameter of circumference of a polygonal blank

Length of the blank

Right edge (distance between workpiece zero point and right

Inside diameter of hollow cylinders

G21 generates the contour of the blank part from the contour of the

finished part—plus the equidistant oversize P.

Equidistant oversize (reference: finished part contour)

Bore hole Y/N (default: 0)

0: Without hole

1: With hole

G21 cannot be used to describe an "auxiliary blank".
