This is the Row/Column that will appear in the soft row slot.
If the substitute row value is set to 0x0E, then a custom
controller is attached to this position (the column value
determines which one). A soft row position may be de-
assigned if Row and Column are both set to 0x0F. The
number of rows and columns is dependent on the current
algorithm.
If the substitute row value is 0x0E (custom controller), then
this field may go from 0-3.
