Unlike some other objects, there is no "current" table, so the
0x7F value has no function in this case. There are normally
2 tables in the box (0 and 1). If a RAM card is in place,there
are two additional tables (2 and 3).
Any legitimate Bank. See Appendix C: MIDI Bank Assign-
ments. If nothing is assigned to this position in the table, a
value of 0x7F is returned.
