0x7F returns dump of currently-running effect, including any
unsaved edits.
0=Internal; 1=External (card)
Return dump of current display.
Dependent on type and algorithm.
Return matrix positions mapped to specified soft row offset.
Offset must be 0- 49.
0x7F for currently running algorithm.
