Desktop sync software
This section covers issues with
synchronizing using the desktop sync
software that came with your smartphone.
If you have a Windows XP computer, the
desktop sync software is called
ActiveSync
a Windows Vista computer, the desktop
sync software is called Windows Mobile
Device Center.

I want to set up synchronization with a
new computer, but when I connect my
smartphone to the computer, install

PC mode. Follow these steps to switch
modes manually.
1 On your smartphone, press Start

PC Setup
