D-6 Removing the Exhaust Fan

Squeeze the two tabs located on both sides of the exhaust fan as shown:

Gently pull the fan away from the back of the mobile storage rack.
Note: For the SC942 Chassis, the CSE-M35 Rear Exhaust Fan should not
be used. Instead, the hot-swappable 120mm chassis fans included with the
SC942 chassis should be connected to the backplane of the CSE-M35S/CSE-
M35T1 mobile rack.
