CAUSE
G This message appears if a 1"
(24-mm)-wide stamp tape cas-
sette is not installed when print-
ing an Auto format template
created for a STAMP L stamp.
G
This message appears if a 3/4"
(18-mm)-wide stamp tape cas-
sette is not installed when print-
ing an Auto format template
created for a STAMP M stamp.
G This message appears if the end
of the tape in the cassette has
been reached.
G This message appears if the size
of the text is larger than the
width of the installed tape.
G (PT-9600 only) This message
appears if the Lines of Text set-
ting for the ESC/P interface
mode exceeds the maximum
possible for the installed tape.
G This message appears if the
length of the text is longer than
the label length that has been
set with the Tape Length func-
tion.
G This message appears if you try
to print a label that is longer
than the maximum label length.
G This message appears if you try
to print a label that is longer
than the maximum label length
or is longer than the specified
block length.
G This message appears if the
length of the text is longer than
the width of the tape when the
Text Rotation function is used.
SOLUTION
G Install an 1" (24-mm)-wide
stamp tape cassette.
G
Install an 3/4" (18-mm)-
wide stamp tape cassette.
G Replace tape cassette.
G Reduce the size of the
characters, install a tape
with a greater width or
select the AUTO text size
setting.
G Specify the correct setting
for the installed tape.
G Delete some of the text,
reduce the character
width, or increase the set
label length.
G Delete some of the text or
reduce the character size.
