Glossary
Ethernet
A family of computer networking technologies for local area networks (LANs). It
defines a number of wiring and signaling standards of network access at the Media Access
Control (MAC)/Data Link Layer, and a common addressing format.
EXIF
Exchangeable Image File Format. A standard for storing interchange information in
image files, especially those using JPEG compression. Most digital cameras now use the
EXIF format.
Gateway Address
