    Online Printer Management Tool The KODAK Online Printer Management Tool lets you access your printer through an Internet browser (such as INTERNET EXPLORER, FIREFOX, SAFARI, CHROME) on any computer that is on the same network as your printer. Your computer and your printer must be on the same network. The Online Printer Management Tool is not available if your printer is connected to a computer with a USB cable.

Before you create a network folder profile You must identify or create a network shared folder on a computer connected to the same network as your printer before you can create a network folder profile.

    Maintaining Your Printer Your printer requires little maintenance. However, Kodak recommends cleaning the scanner glass and lid regularly to remove dust and fingerprints, which affect the quality and accuracy of scanning and copying. Except while cleaning the printer, keep the printer plugged into an AC power outlet. If you use a power strip, don't turn off the power strip.

Gently clean the document backing with a soft cloth or sponge, slightly moistened with mild soap and warm water.
