4.5.3. INSTALLATION OF THE CHARGING BASE

CAUTION:
Danger of cutting hands.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD:
Connect the power supply only at the end of
all the installation operations. If necessary
during the installation, turn off the general
power supply.
Requirements and obligations:
• Flat land
• Charging base
• Power supply
• Screwdriver
• Electrician's scissors
• Glasses
GLOVES OBLIGATION:
Use protective gloves to avoid
cutting your hands.
Install the charging base aligned with the perimeter cable so that the robot will be able to access it by
navigating the perimeter cable clockwise.
Procedure:
1. Check the installation requirements as indicated in Par. 4.3.
2. If necessary, prepare the ground so that the surface of the charging base (A) is at the same level
as the lawn (B), the ground must be perfectly flat and compact in order to avoid deformation of the
surface of the charging base.
3. Remove the cover (C).
