In the LDAP folder, click the LDAP Group Access link.
NOTE: In order to use LDAP Group Access, there must be a group created on the
LDAP server that contains user accounts who will have Color Copy Access at the
machine.

On the LDAP Group Access page:
1) In the Color Authorization area, on the Color Access Group line, type the

2) Click Apply, then reboot the device at the prompt.

Continue with the next procedure to set Authentication Configuration.
Authentication Configuration
To set Authentication Configuration:
1.
Click the Properties tab, then click the Security folder.
2.
In the Security folder, click the Authentication Configuration hot link.
The Properties tab refreshes and the Authentication Configuration > Step 1 of 2
page appears.
3.
On the Authentication Configuration > Step 1 of 2 page, in the Authentication
Configuration box:
1) In the Login Type drop-down list, click or verify Login to Remote Accounts.
2) On the Mailbox to PC / Server line, click or verify the Enabled check box.
3) On the Non-account Print line, ensure that the Enabled check box is NOT
4) On the Guest User line, in the drop-down list box, click or verify Off.

Click Apply, then reboot the device following the prompt.

Continue with the next procedure to set Authentication System
Authentication System
To set Authentication System:
1.
Click the Properties tab, click the Security folder, then click the Remote
Authentication Servers folder.
2.
In the the Remote Authentication Servers folder, click the Authentication
System link.
3.
On the Authentication System page, in the Authentication Type box:
1) In the Authentication System Settings drop-down list box, click or verify
