Driver card read-out error
Problem
The LED indicator lamp
glows green and a con-
tinuous warning tone
sounds until the tacho-
graph driver card is
removed.

flashes orange/red and
you hear a continuous
warning tone until the
driver card has been
removed.
The LED indicator lamp

briefly lights up orange

Possible causes/consequences and M Solutions

The FleetBoard has not detected a valid driver card.
There could be several reasons for this:
an incorrect driver card has been inserted.

the driver card has been inserted incorrectly.

the memory chip on the driver card is dirty.
R

Insert the correct driver card. Do not confuse the tachograph
driver card with the FleetBoard
X
Clean the contact surface points of the memory chip carefully
with a lint-free cloth.

Insert the driver card so that the arrow and contact surface
points of the memory chip face upwards.
The driver card has already been read out during the last 18 hours.
X
Wait until 18 hours have elapsed since the last reading process.
It is possible that the FleetBoard
is no connection to the mobile phone network.
The temporary memory of FleetBoard
X
Find a location with a connection to the mobile phone network
and send the data again.
