3. Use 4 socket-head screws
cutting unit to the frame.
4. Slide the cutting-unit-drive coupler
transmission driveshaft.
The coupler should slide onto the transmission
driveshaft without resistance. If there is
resistance, ensure that the reel driveshaft and
the transmission driveshaft are aligned
5. Install the grass basket.
Adjusting the Reel-Driveshaft Position
Note:
If you feel resistance between the coupler and the driveshaft when installing the
cutting unit, perform this procedure to adjust the driveshaft.
1. Loosen the bolt
2. Rotate the reel-drive assembly

If resistance continues, adjust the engine and transmission alignment; refer to the
