Recording of CD playback (CCRS)
m@ Normal EDIT recording
This function allows to edit, base on the recording
time of the tape specified, the order of the CD tracks
so that no track is interrupted at the end of each side
of tape.
1 Set up Deck B ready for recording.
@ Set the tape
transport direction.
@ Select the tape side(s)
to be recorded.

2 Select the CD input.
3 Insert the disc in the CD player.
@ When you wish to program tunes, carry out the programming
before step 4.
4 Select the EDIT mode with the EDIT MODE
key of the CD player.

The mode changes every time
the key is pressed.

@ When using the|SPACE|key, keep it depressed from the time
you press the| EDIT MODE
|key until you enter the tape time.
Notes:
5 Input the two-way recording time of the tape.
Use the numeric keys of the CD player.
C-60 tape: Press
6 times, and |20/0 |once.

@ 46, 54, 60 or 90 can also be selected oi time thel TE
key is pressed. in this case, press the

again to establish the input.
@ Tracks are edited automatically to fit sides A and B, and the
end of editing is indicated when the EDIT indicator changes
from blinking to continuous lighting.
@ |f a program containing a few tracks has been programmed
previously, these tracks can be recorded in priority.
@ When the
key is pressed again while EDIT
is lighted, "SHUFFLE" appears on the display and re-editing
of tracks is performed.
6 Select the mode with the MODE key of the
cassette deck.

@ Normal edit recording takes place
when you select
or{ ERASE ].
@ When you select[ CROSS] , the intervals between music piec-
es are linked by overlapping of fade out and fade in so that
edit recording with no breaks between pieces takes place. In
the CROSS mode, the double-speed recording is not possible.
7 Press the CCRS key.

Tracks are recorded basically according to their numbers, but some
tracks are replaced with tracks subjected to time adjustment.
@ The CD player and cassette deck enter the stop mode auto-
matically after the completion of recording.

1. When the time entered on CD player is longer than the recording tape, the music piece at the tape end fades out if [FADE
|has been se-
lected with the[ MODE]
key on the cassette deck. It becomes erased if |ERASE| has been selected.
Confirm that the input time and
the tape time are matched accurately.
2. Edit operation does not occur if a track No. 44 or more has been programmed.
3. Repeat playback is not available.
