Dolby Pro Logic amplifiers
elf you connect a Dolby Pro Logic amplifier, you will
also need to connect center and surround speakers to
enjoy surround sound. Read the instructions for the
equipment for connection details.

When you have finished connection
eGo to"7 Digital Audio Output" and set =1 PCM Down Conversion" to

Note when connecting the optical digital audio cable
=,Remove the dust protection cap from the optical digital audio
output terminal and connect the cable firmly so that the configu-
rations of both the cable and the terminal match.
=,Keep the dust protection cap and reattach when not using the
terminal.

96 kHz linear PCM are played. (Audio will be output as it is if the
DVD does not have copyright protection recorded on it.)
oThese changes to digital audio output must be made,
otherwise signals the equipment cannot handle, bitstrsem, will
be output. If the signals are output as bifstream, "noise" will be
output which can cause harm to your ears and speakers.
