Minimum clearance between the throat plate
and the presser foot: 0.5 mm (at the time of
shipment)

Adjusting the presser foot height
If the sewing machine does not smoothly run because of the material

thickness, it is necessary to change the presser foot height.
Bring needle bar 1 to the lowest point end. Loosen setscrew 2 and
adjust the height of presser foot 3 . The minimum clearance between
the throat plate and the presser foot has been factory-adjusted to 0.5
mm at the time of shipment.
CAUTION
If the upper position of the presser foot is too high, stitches cannot
be formed.
Regolazione del piedino pressore
Se la macchina durante la cucitura non scorre fluidamente a causa
dello spessore del tessuto, si deve regolare l'altezza del piedino.
Portare la barra ago 1 in posizione tutta in bassa. Allentare la vite
2 e regolare l'altezza del piedino 3 . La minima tolleranza tra la
placca ago e il piedino è regolata dalla fabbrica a 0,5 mm. al
momento della campionatura.
AVVERTENZA
Se la posizione alta del piedino è troppo alta, il punto non
si chiuderà bene e avremo problemi di salto del punto.
Réglage de la hauteur du pied presseur
Si la machine à coudre ne fonctionne pas bien à cause de l'épaisseur
du tissu, il faudra modifier la hauteur du pied presseur.
Déplacer la barre à aiguille 1 jusqu'au point le plus bas. Desserrer
la vis de calage 2 et régler la hauteur du pied presseur 3 . L'espace
libre minimum entre la plaque à aiguille et le pied presseur a été ré-
glée sur 0,5 mm en usine.
AVERTISSEMENT
Si la position supérieure du pied presseur est trop élevée, les
coutures ne pourront pas être formées.
