Voltage failure:
If there is a voltage failure, the charging process will continue automatically, once the voltage returns
(even if the RFID card is activated).
Charging process does not start:
It is normal that cars charge from a charging current of 6 A (1.3k W single phase or 4 kW three phase).
However some cars require at least 8 A so that the charging process can begin.
The set charging capacity is not reached:
The electric car defines the charging capacity, not the EV charger! Many electric cars have a maximum
limited charging capacity. The charging capacity set on the EV charger can then not be reached.
The EV charger does not charge with three phases:
A few electric cars have a built-in charge controller which only charges with single or two phases.
The car itself defines how many phases it can be charged with. Even if the EV charger is connected to
three-phase, in this case it will be charged with single or two-phases.
