Connection hardware must be tightened with proper tools. Do not
just hand tighten hardware. A loose electrical connection will
cause poor weld performance and excessive heating at the ter-
minal block. Output hardware is factory-tightened to 30 in lb (3.39
N·m). Do not overtighten hardware when changing polarity.
Cable Connections
