5. Troubleshooting

Problem
Unit shuts down
automatically during startup
process.
No response after power on. No indication.
Utility power exists, but unit
stays in battery mode.
When the unit is turned on,
internal relay is switched on
and off repeatedly.
Audible alarm beeps
continuously and the red
LED is on.
Display and Alarms
LCD/LED and alarm will be
active then turn off.
Input voltage is displayed as
"0" on the LCD and green
LED is flashing.
AC/LED is flashing.
LCD and LEDs flashing.
Warning code 06.
Warning code 05.
Warning code 07.
Fault code 10.
Fault code 06.
Fault code 05.
Possible Cause
Battery voltage is too low.
Battery voltage too low.
Internal fuse tripped.
Input protection tripped.
Insufficient AC voltage.
Battery is disconnected.
Fan fault.
Internal temperature of
inverter component is over
85°C.
The battery voltage is too
high or over-charged.
Parallel fault.
Output short circuit.
Overload.

Resolution
Recharge battery for 24
hours. If problem persists,
replace battery.
Separately recharge battery
for 24 hours. If condition
persists, contact customer
support.
Check if AC breaker is
turned on and AC wiring is
connected.
Ensure the proper gauge of
wiring is used. If generator
is being used, make sure
it is operating properly
and at the correct input
voltage. Check to make sure
configuration is correct in
the system.
Check to make sure
battery wires are properly
connected.
Replace the fan.
Check to make sure the
area around the equipment
is well-ventilated.
Check to make sure battery
specifications and quantities
meet requirements. Contact
customer support.
Check all parallel
connections between
inverters.
Check to make sure all
wiring is secure at output.
If condition persist, remove
abnormal load.
Reduce the connected load.
