MAINTENANCE FREQUENCY, LEVEL OF USE PER DAY AND WATER CONNECTION
The maintenance frequency and the rate of use per day is calculated in the table below based on the information (number of hours per
day/type of cooking) provided by the customer during installation.
The installer is responsible for entering this data in the "installation parameters" to ensure that the equipment is being operated properly and
safely, and that durability is ensured by optimizing the maintenance of the oven. The customer will thus be notified automatically when preventative
maintenance is required.
