TROUBLESHOOTING
Inspect the original for tears or
curling. If it is in good condition,
return it to the starting position
on the document feeder and
restart the scan job. If the original
is wrinkled, smooth it out and
scan using the Book Mode.
Open the document feeder.
If the jammed original is visible,
carefully remove it and close the
cover.
