Description
The send buffer is full be-
cause the data cannot be
sent in an adequately short
time or the server is not
confirming receipt of the
data in time.
The send buffer is full be-
cause the data cannot be
queried in an adequately
short time.
The send buffer is full be-
cause the data cannot be
queried in an adequately
short time.
An EF lens is configured in
the program but it is not
connected.
The program could not be
created.
The program could not be
created due to faulty match
settings.
The "Save program" process
was canceled because it
took too long.
Connection error in commu-
nication over a TCP connec-
tion or when using an
Ethernet RS-232 converter:
There is no TCP connection
or the data transfer cannot
be completed within the set
time limit.

Corrective measures
Reduce the trigger frequency or
reduce the amount of diagnostic
data to be archived. Process the
results on the server side faster.
A high load on the network to
which the optical reader is con-
nected can also block the trans-
fer of the data. If necessary,
check the network connection.
Reduce the trigger frequency or
process the results faster. If
necessary, change the update
time in the PROFINET configu-
ration.
Reduce the trigger frequency or
process the results more quickly
on the CPU. The transmission
speed of the communication
module connection can possibly
be increased.
To cover short-term peak loads,
the size of the image buffer in
the WBM can be increased un-
der"Program > Image acquisition
> Mode".
Reconnect the EF lens or
change the parameter assign-
ment of the program.
Adapt the parameter assign-
ment, the placement of test
objects in the image or the im-
age quality.
Adapt the match settings or use
a suitable test object.
Check the program settings and
start the "Save program" pro-
cess via the WBM, if necessary.
Make sure that the connected
TCP partner is correctly config-
ured and ready to receive.
