Replacing a headlight bulb

1. Open the shroud.
2. Disconnect the headlight coupler.
3. Remove the bulb holder cover.

4. Unhook the bulb holder, and then remove the

burnt-out bulb.

WARNING
Keep flammable products or your hands away from
the hot bulb until it cools down.
5. Install the new bulb, and then hook the bulb holder
onto the headlight unit.
Bulb type:
12 V, 60/55 W
NOTICE
Keep oil and your hands away from the glass part of
the bulb or its life and illumination will be affected. If
the glass is oil stained, thoroughly clean it with a
cloth moistened with alcohol or lacquer thinner.
6. Install the bulb holder cover, and then connect the
headlight coupler.
1 Top mark "TOP"
TIP
When installing the bulb holder cover, make sure the
"TOP" mark faces upwards.
7. Close the shroud.
