If transporting the snowmobile in an open trailer or
truck in areas where road salt is used, coat metal
suspension surfaces lightly with oil or other protec-
tant. This will help protect against corrosion. Be sure
to clean the snowmobile when you get to your desti-
nation to remove any corrosive salts.
