When setting the upper and lower limits, "H" represents the upper limit, and
"L" represents the lower limit.

For shifted upper and lower limit alarm values, upper and lower limits should
be set under "alarm upper limit 1 to 3" and "alarm lower limit 1 and 2"
(operation level).
Set alarm1 to "upper limit alarm", and alarm value to "10°C". Relevant
parameters and settings are given below. In this example, when the alarm value
is exceeded by "10°C", the alarm output executes.
