Alarm 1 Latch
Alarm 2 Latch

When this is set to "ON", after the alarm function is activated, it will hold until power is
turned off. But note that when switching to the Initial Level or Advanced Function
Level the latch function is cancelled.

When the alarm output function is set to alarm on, output shutdown will hold. When
set to alarm shutdown, connection output will hold.
