Operation Mode selection

In order to operate the machine after becoming machine ready status correctly, first decide
the operation mode of machine.
3.1

Operation Mode

There are various kinds of operation mode as follows. And according to the operation,
operation mode should be selected in advance.
Operation Switch
Mode mentioned above is classified by two major mode such as automatic mode and
manual mode. According to the automatic mode and manual mode, restrictions on machine
operation happened.
Normally operation using manual operation switch in operation panel can be done in manual
mode only.
- Spindle rotation and stop operation using manual operation switch.

Mode
["AUTO" mode]
Select to execute program saved in NC.
["TEACH IN" mode]
Select to input or correct the program, the
position can be stored.
["MDA" mode]
Select to command temporary automatic
command or when operator input NC data
directly. In case of automatic operation,
operator must input automatic command
into NC directly.
["REF. RTN" mode]
Select to execute reference point return.
["JOG" mode]
Select to traverse axes using jog switch.
[HANDLE mode]
Select to traverse axes using MPG by
minute unit.
