E. Tighten locknut down, drawing spring upward, until there is a space wide enough
between retainer and suspension arm weldment to slide in lower retainer.
F. Once lower retainer is installed, remove mounting screw, washers and locknut. Spring
is contained within weldments of base frame crossmember and suspension arm.
9. Install the front shroud. Refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING FRONT AND REAR
SHROUD in SECTION 7 of this manual.
10. Install the flip-up seat plate. Refer REMOVING/INSTALLING FLIP-UP SEAT PLATE in
SECTION 7 of this manual.
11. Install the seat from the base frame. Refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING SEAT in SEC-
TION 6 of this manual.
12. Install the batteries. Refer to REMOVING/INSTALLING BATTERIES in SECTION 8 of
this manual.
